At Huyter Ground Therapy, healing begins in a space where you feel safe, heard, and supported. Founded by Anna Huyter, our practice is dedicated to helping individuals navigate life’s most difficult emotions and experiences with compassion and understanding.

Anna specializes in working with people who feel overwhelmed by anxiety, grief, past wounds, or challenging life transitions. Many clients come to therapy feeling stuck in patterns they can’t seem to break or relationships that leave them feeling disconnected. Through therapy, Anna helps clients process these experiences, gain deeper self-awareness, and begin moving toward lasting growth and renewal.

Her approach is person-centered and attachment-based, focusing on creating a strong therapeutic relationship built on trust, empathy, and authenticity. Anna believes that meaningful change happens when people feel truly seen and understood. In sessions, clients are welcomed exactly as they are and supported as they explore emotions, beliefs, and personal boundaries that shape their lives and relationships.
